FAR Course Allows One to Deal With Life Threatening Conditions Before Medical Help Arrives

FAR Course


The institute also offer working at heights instructor course for candidates who have completed QQL level 6 training and have good oral and written English skills. This is generally a one day course for experienced trainers and others need to attend one more day. The course covers topics like definition of working at heights, legislation related to health and safety, lifting equipment and working at heights inspection and certification. The program also covers awareness about ladder safety, working at height from MEWPS, scaffolding safety, fall arrest and restraint systems, working at heights risk assessment, suspension trauma and rescue plans etc. On completing this instructor course one shall become proficient in the necessary skills and knowledge to instruct people on working at heights and also certify personnel harness & Lanyard Systems to a GA1 standard. On completing the program the candidates need to undergo an assessment to be certified as an instructor in this course.
